Section 1. That the Mayor of the Town of Trophy Club,
Texas (the "Town") is hereby authorized and empowered to
execute a Contract with Denton County Motors/First State Funk
of menton for the purpose of obtaining one vehicle for the
Trophy Club Police Department, and said contract is hereby
approved and accepted. A true and correct copy of the
Contract is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from
and after its date of passage.
