MAYORTHE AGREEMENT;
PROVIDING AN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Agreement by and between the Town
and the Trophy Club municipal Utility Districts for the use
by the Town of a part of the Fire Department building within
the Town for the Town Police Department and the municipal
Court Clerk, a true and correct copy of which is attached
hereto, is hereby approved.
Section 2. The mayor shall and is hereby authorized to
execute the said Agreement.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect from
and after its date of passage.
