APPOINTING SUZANNE S. MARSH AS AN ALTERNATE
JUDGE OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT OF THE TOWN;
PROVIDING AIJV---�F-E�I-VE BATE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 85-34 of the Town of Trophy Club
authorizes the Town Council to slppO1Dt by resolution one or
more persons to sit for the regular judge Of the municipal
court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS: ,
Section 1. That the Town Council does hereby appoint
Suzanne S. Marsh to serve as an alternate municipal judge for
the Municipal Court of the Town in the event that the regular
judge Of the Municipal Court is temporarily unable to act for
any reason.
Section 2. That the Resolution shall take effect from
and after its date of passage.
