RES 1991-05RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club is desirous of entering
into an Emergency Police and Municipal Court Agreement with
the City of Westlake; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, approves the
Emergency Police and Municipal Court Agreement between Trophy
Club and Westlake and authorizes the Mayor to execute the
same on behalf of the Town.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 9th day of April, 1991.
