RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS AUTHORIZING AND EMPOWERING THE TOWN
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR AN IRRIGATION
SYSTEM AT HARMONY PARK WITH __llNI]q0O ________
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas owns certain
real property located within the Town; and
WHEREAS, these public properties require maintenance and
watering; and
WHEREAS, the Town sought sealed bids for an irrigation
system for the park property in accordance with State law,
and after reviewing the bids submitted, awarded the
irrigation contract to the hereinafter named company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS;
Section 1, That all of the above premises are found to
be true and correct and are incorporated into the body of
this resolution as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2. That the Mayor of the Town of Trophy Club,
Texas shall be and is hereby authorized and empowered to
execute a contract for an irrigation system at Harmony Park,
a true and correct copy of which contract is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A", with ---------

Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from
and after the date of its passage and any publication as
required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas this 9th day of April, 1991.
