A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 1993 FINANCIAL PLAN OF THE
DENCO AREA 9-1-1 DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 1432e V.A.T.S.; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Trophy Club has been
presented the Fiscal Year 1993 Financial Plan of the Denco Area 9-1-1 District for
approval, in accordance with article 1432e, section 7(D), V.A.T.S., as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Trophy Club
TEXAS HEREBY RE -SOLVES:
SECTION I. That the City of

hereby approves the
SECTION II. That this resolution shall become effective immediately from and
after its passage.
