RESOLUTION NO. R 92-08
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING AND ADOPTING
AN ANIMAL CONTROL CONTRACT BY AND BETWEEN THE
TOWN AND THE CITY OF KELLER, TEXAS, WHEREIN
KELLER AGREES TO PROVIDE A SHELTER AND
QUARANTINE SERVICES FOR ANIMALS; AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Animal Control Contract, a true and
correct copy of which is attached hereto, by and between the Town
of Trophy Club and the City of Keller, Texas is hereby approved and
adopted.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized and empowered to
execute the said Contract on behalf of the Town.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after
its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas this the 24th day of September , 1992.
