RESOLUTION NO.93—jC,
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING AND ADOPTING
AN ANIMAL CARE CONTRACT BY AND BETWEEN THE
TOWN AND JASPER HAYES, WHEREIN JASPER HAYES
AGREES TO PROVIDE TEMPORARY SHELTER SERVICES
FOR ANIMALS; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
THE CONTRACT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Animal Care Contract, a true and correct
copy of which is attached hereto, by and between the Town of Trophy
Club and Jasper Hayes is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized and empowered to
execute the said Contract on behalf of the Town.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after
its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy
