A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS ACCEPTING A BID FROM AND
AWARDING A BID TO PAVEMENT SPECIALISTS, INC. FOR
CERTAIN STREET REPAIRS (JOINT/CRACK SEALING) IN
THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO AND 75/ 100
($171,552.75); AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE SAID
STREET REPAIRS WITH PAVEMENT SPECIALISTS, INC.;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") does
hereby accept the bid in the amount of One Hundred Seventy One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty
Two and 75/100 ($171,552.75) from, and award the said bid to, Pavement Specialists, Inc. for
the performance of certain street repairs (joint and crack sealing) at various locations within the
Town, as set forth in those contract documents entitled "1995 Pavement Rehabilitation Silicone
Joint and Crack Sealing Phase I. "
Section 2. The Mayor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Pavement Specialists, Inc. for the performance of the said contract.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage.
