RESOLUTION NO. 9 5 -15
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS DIRECTING THE TOWN STAFF,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF SEEKING THE COMMON GOOD
AND BENEFIT FOR THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN, TO
TAKE ANY AND ALL STEPS NECESSARY TO
INVESTIGATE AND DETERMINE THE AUTHORITY OF
AND THE PROCEDURE FOR THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS TO CONSOLIDATE WITH THE TROPHY
CLUB MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 AND THE
TROPHY CLUB MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2,
AND TO PROCEED TOWARD ACCOMPLISHMENT OF
SUCH CONSOLIDATION IF COST EFFECTIVE; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Staff of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, for the purpose of
seeking the common good and benefit for the citizens of the Town, is hereby directed to take
any and all steps necessary to investigate and determine the authority of and the procedure for
the Town of Trophy Club, Texas to consolidate with the Trophy Club Municipal Utility District
No. 1 and the Trophy Club Municipal Utility District No. 2, and to proceed forthwith toward
accomplishment of such consolidation if cost effective.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of adoption.
