A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS ACCEPTING A BID
FROM AND AWARDING A BID TO REYNOLDS A,PT4AT,T
& c o N s T R U c T T O N FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN
EXTENSION OF TROPHY WOOD DRIVE IN THE
AMOUNT OF ONF HT1NnpRn -,TX THCLISAwn POUR11UUDRED AND 10/100tY
($106,400.10 );AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE SAID
STREET CONSTRUCTION WITH RFYNOT,D, ASPHALT AND CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY ; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with State law, the Town heretofore sought bids for the
construction of an extension of Trophy Wood Drive as described in those contract documents
entitled ° TROPHY WOOD EXTFNSTON "; and
WHEREAS, bids for the construction of the Trophy Wood Drive extension were opened
on JULY 5 , 1995, and it was thereafter determined that REYNOLDS ASPHALT AND
CONSTRUCTION coMPANwas the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") does
hereby accept the bid in the amount of one hundred six thousand fo1jr hundrPd and 1/
($106,400. 10) from, and award the said bid to, R e y n o l d s A s j h a l t and ('-C)n-,h r, l r t i o n
Company for the construction of an extension of Trophy Wood Drive in accordance with
and as set forth in those contract documents entitled " Trophy Wood Extension

Section 2. The Mayor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Reynolds Asphalt & Construction C o for the performance of the said
contract.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage.
