A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS ACCEPTING A BID
FROM AND AWARDING A BID TO SILVER CREEK
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CERTAIN STREET
REPAIRS (JOINT/CRACK SEALING) IN THE AMOUNT OF
TWO HUNDRED NINETY THREE THOUSAND TWENTY
FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($293,025.00); AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR THE SAID STREET REPAIRS WITH
SILVER CREEK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") does
hereby accept the bid in the amount of Two Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Twenty Five and
No/100 Dollars ($293,025.00) from, and award the said bid to, Silver Creek Construction
Company for the performance of certain street repairs (joint and crack sealing) at various
locations within the Town, as set forth in those contract documents entitled "1995 Pavement
Rehabilitation Silicone Joint and Crack Sealing Phase II. "
Section 2. The Mayor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Silver Creek Construction Company for the performance of the said contract.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas
