A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS REAPPOINTING
JAMES P. CARTER AS THE MUNICIPAL COURT
JUDGE OF THE TOWN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, James P. Carter has heretofore been appointed by the Town Council of the
Town of Trophy Club as the Municipal Court Judge for the Trophy Club Municipal Court, and
the Council now desires to reappoint James P. Carter as the Municipal Court Judge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas does hereby re-
appoint James P. Carter as Municipal Judge of the Trophy Club Municipal Court to serve for a
two (2) year term, which term shall begin in May, 1995.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage in
accordance with law.
