TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS ACCEPTING A BID

TO TROPHY CLUB DRIVE (BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY
114 AND INDIAN CREEK DRIVE) AND TO INDIAN CREEK
DRIVE (FROM TROPHY CLUB DRIVE TO BROOK
HOLLOW COURT) IN THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE

AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE SAID STREET
REPAIRS WITH J.L. BERTRAM CONSTURCTION & ENgINEERING INC.
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") does
hereby accept the bid in the amount of eight hundred seventy-three TA�usand_bne anc
OOthsfrom, and award the said bid to,for the performance
of certain street repairs on Trophy Club Drive (b 9LV,%trerA"i A '1g4 and Indian Creek
Drive) and on Indian Creek Drive (from Trophy Club Drive to Brook Hollow Court), as set
forth in those contract documents entitled "p a vem e n �-. R P r n n s h r n r t. i nn of T r o lah y. it
Club Drive and Indian Creek Drive"
Section 2. The Mayor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with J. L. B e r t r a m C o n s t r u c t i o n for the performance of the said contract.

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage.
