A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING THE
CORPORATE AUTHORIZATION RESOLUTION FOR
CERTAIN FINANCIAL SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY
KELLER STATE BANK ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN;
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
OTHER NECESSARY TOWN REPRESENTATIVES TO
EXECUTE THE RESOLUTION; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in addition to entering into a contract for depository services with a bank,
the Town of Trophy Club, Texas is authorized by Section 105.018, Tex. Loc. Gov. Code, to
contract with financial institutions, including banks, for additional financial services under a
separate contract; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council does hereby find that the additional financial services to
be provided by Keller State Bank, including the electronic transfer of funds, are necessary in the
administration and transfer of Town funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The above and foregoing premises are true and correct and are
incorporated herein and made a part hereof for all purposes.
Section 2. The Town Council does hereby approve the Corporate Authorization
Resolution with Keller State Bank for certain financial services, including the electronic transfer
of funds, to be provided by the Bank. A true and correct copy of the Corporate Authorization
Resolution is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Section 3. The Mayor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
said Corporate Authorization Resolution on behalf of the Town.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of passage
as provided by law.
