A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING A
CONTRACT FOR INSPECTION SERVICES BY AND
BETWEEN THE TOWN AND TROPHY CLUB MUNICIPAL
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1; AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council does hereby approve the Intergovernmental Contract
for Inspection Services by and between the Town and Trophy Club Municipal Utility District
No. 1, at true copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Section 2. The Mayor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
said Contract on behalf of the Town.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of passage
as provided by law.
