RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 -16
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING A JOINT
USE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE TOWN AND
NORTHWEST INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
REGARDING THE USE AND MAINTENANCE BY THE
TOWN OF CERTAIN FIELDS FOR ATHLETIC PURPOSES;
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE LEASE
AGREEMENT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") does
hereby accept and approve an Easement Agreement by and between the Town and Northwest
Independent School District for the use and maintenance by the Town of certain athletic fields
located at Lakeview Elementary School. A true and correct copy of the said Agreement is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized and empowered to execute the said Easement
Agreement on behalf of the Town.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage.
