RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 17
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPOINTING
Brad Bradley AS THE MUNICIPAL
COURT JUDGE OF THE TOWN; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy in the office of Municipal Court Judge of the Town
of Trophy Club, and the Town Council desires to appoint B r a d B r a d 1 e
as the Municipal Court Judge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas does hereby appoint
Brad Bradley as the Judge of the Trophy Club Municipal Court to fill the
vacancy in the office of the Municipal Court Judge for the current unexpired term, which term
shall end upon the expiration of the Mayor's term of office. In the event that
Brad Bradley is not reappointed on or before the 91st day following the
expiration of the term, absent other action by the Town Council, Brad Bradley
shall continue to serve for a two (2) year term beginning on the date the previous term of office
expired.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage in
accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas
