RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 2 8
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS SUPPORTING,
WITHOUT THE EXPENDITURE OF TOWN FUNDS, THE
REMOVAL OF THE GAZEBO LOCATED IN THE MEDIAN
OF TROPHY CLUB DRIVE NORTH OF STATE HIGHWAY
114 FROM ITS CURRENT LOCATION AND ITS
RELOCATION TO TROPHY LAKE DRIVE; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there has existed for a significant number of years a gazebo located in the
median of Trophy Club Drive immediately north of its intersection with State Highway 114.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas supports the
community -wide efforts of business and individual citizens of the Town regarding the removal
of the gazebo from its current location along Trophy Club Drive and its relocation to a site along
Trophy Lake Drive north of State Highway 114 (see Exhibit A); provided, however, that no
Town funds are expended for such removal, relocation and maintenance.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of adoption.
