RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 3 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS TERMINATING A
CONTRACT WITH BECK PROPERTIES, INC. RELATING
TO THE USE OF A WATER LINE ALONG TROPHY CLUB
DRIVE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on or about the 17 t day of j a n u a r v , 199_5_, the Town
of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") and Beck Properties, Inc. ("Beck") entered into a Water
Line Agreement (the "Agreement") which generally provided for the use by Beck of a three inch
water line located along Trophy Club Drive for irrigation purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement further provided for the installation of a water meter, which
meter was installed; and
WHEREAS, Beck no longer desires to continue the Agreement and has asked the Town
to terminate the Agreement and to receive back the water meter, and the Town has agreed to
do so.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council does hereby terminate the Water Line Agreement
between the Town and Beck Properties, Inc. and agree to the receipt, at no cost to the Town,
of the water meter installed pursuant to the Agreement.
Section 2. The Town Manager is hereby empowered to do all acts necessary to
complete the termination of the Agreement and to receive on behalf of the Town the said water
meter.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of adoption.
