A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING AND
ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR MUTUAL AID FOR
FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL
SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF MAJOR EVENTS BY AND
BETWEEN THE TOWN AND SURROUNDING
GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES; AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Agreement for Mutual Aid for Fire Protection and Emergency Medical
Services in Support of Major Events by and between the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the
"Town") and various surrounding communities as set forth in the Agreement, a true and correct
copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein, is hereby approved and
accepted.
Section 2. The Mayor is authorized and empowered to execute the said Contract on
behalf of the Town and to do all acts and take all steps necessary to carry out the terms thereof.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas
