A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 1996 TAX ROLL FOR
THE TOWN AS SUBMITTED BY THE TOWN'S AD VALOREM
TAX ASSESSOR; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 26.09(e) of the Texas Tax Code, the Tax
Assessor for the Town of Trophy Club, Texas has submitted to the Town Council the appraisal
roll, together with the amount of tax imposed on each peroperty included on the appraisal roll for
the District for 1996 and totaling $1,103,029 actual levy. The actual levy includes $1,071,609
for real property and $31,420 for personal property (does not include $8,707 which is under ARB
Review).
WHEREAS, the appraisal roll with the amount of Tax entered thereon constitutes the
Town's 1996 tax roll.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1: The tax roll for the year 1996 as submitted by the Town's Tax Assessor is
hereby approved. A true and correct copy of the tax roll shall be kept in the office of the Tax
Assessor.
Section 2: This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of adoption.
