A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS SUPPORTING
ARCHITECTURAL AND AESTHETIC ENHANCEMENTS
TO ENTRANCES TO THE TOWN, WITHOUT THE
EXPENDITURE OF TOWN FUNDS; REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 96-29; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, members of the Trophy Club community, including both individuals and
businesses, have expressed an interest and desire in providing architectural and aesthetic
enhancements to entrances to the Town through solely private means.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas supports the
community -wide efforts of businesses and individual citizens of the Town, through private means
alone, to provide architectural and aesthetic improvements to the three entrances to the Town.
Section 2. Resolution No. 96-29 relating to improvements to Trophy Club Drive is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of adoption.
