A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING THE
FISCAL YEAR 1998 FINANCIAL PLAN OF THE DENCO
AREA 9-1-1 DISTRICT, PURSUANT OT THE TEXAS
HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE, CHAPTER 772, AS
AMENDED; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas has been presented the
Fiscal Year 1998 Financial Plan of the Denco Area 9-1-1 District for approval, in accordance
with section 772.309, Texas Health and Safety Code, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas hereby approves
the financial plan.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas
