A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS SUPPORTING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DENTON
CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT TO EXPAND AND
RENOVATE THE PREMISES IN WHICH THE APPRAISAL
DISTRICT OFFICES AND FACILITIES ARE LOCATED;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, a taxing unit in the Denton Central
Appraisal District, has received notice from the Appraisal District in accordance with the Texas
Property Tax Code Sec. 6.051(b) that the Board of Directors of the Appraisal District has passed
a resolution whereby the Appraisal District proposes expansion and renovation of the premises
in which the Appraisal District offices and facilities are located; and
WHEREAS, such notice included information showing the costs of other available
alternatives to the proposal; and
WHEREAS, the governing body of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas finds that the
proposal of the Appraisal District should be APPROVED.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The proposal for expansion and renovation of the Denton Central Appraisal
District premises is hereby APPROVED.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of adoption.
