A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING A PARK
FACILITIES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND
THE TROPHY CLUB ATHLETIC ASSOCIATIONS FOR USE
OF CERTAIN ATHLETIC FIELDS UNDER THE TOWN'S
CONTROL; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas does hereby
approve that agreement entitled "Park Facilities Agreement" by and between the Town and the
Trophy Club Athletic Associations relating to the use by the Athletic Associations of certain
athletic fields under the control of the Town. A true and correct copy of the Park Facilities
Agreement is attached hereto.
Section 2. The Mayor of the Town is hereby authorized and empowered to execute
the Park Facilities Agreement.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas
