TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF
WALTER FITZPATRICK AS AN ALTERNATE MUNICIPAL COURT
JUDGE OF THE TOWN; APPROVING A COMPENSATION
AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE TOWN AND WALTER
FITZPATRICK; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") has
determined that an Alternate Judge of the Trophy Club Municipal Court is necessary to perform
certain judicial functions in the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council heretofore determined that Walter Fitzpatrick should be
appointed as an alternate Municipal Judge of the Trophy Club Municipal Court and, by motion,
so appointed Walter Fitzpatrick as an alternate Municipal Judge; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to adopt this Resolution in order to formalize the
appointment of Walter Fitzpatrick as an alternate Municipal Court Judge and to approve a
compensation agreement between the Town and Walter Fitzpatrick.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas does hereby confirm
the appointment of and appoint Walter Fitzpatrick as an alternate Municipal Judge of the Trophy
Club Municipal Court to serve for a two-year term, which term shall begin on may
1 , 1997 and shall end on A -p r i 1 3o , 1999.
Section 2. The Compensation Agreement by and between the Town and Walter
Fitzpatrick, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is
hereby approved. The Mayor is authorized to execute the said Agreement on behalf of the
Town.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage in
accordance with law.
