RES 1998-19A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE
TOWN'S PARTICIPATION IN A TEEN COURT PROGRAM
BETWEEN THE TOWN AND THE CITIES OF GRAPEVINE,
COLLEYVILLE AND SOUTHLAKE AND THE CARROLL AND
GRAPEVINE-COLLEYVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL
DISTRICTS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWNTROPHY
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") does hereby
accept and approve the Interlocal Agreement relating to the Town's participation in a teen court
program by and between the Town and the Cities of Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake and the
Carroll and Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School Districts. A true and correct copy of the
Interlocal Agreement is attached hereto.
Section 2. The Mayor is authorized and empowered to execute the Interlocal Agreement on
behalf of the Town and to do all acts and take all steps necessary to carry out the terms thereof.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas this
the 1st day of September 1998.
