RES 1998-21A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 1999
FINANCIAL PLAN OF THE DENCO AREA 9-1-1 DISTRICT,
PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS HEALTH AND SAFETY
CODE, CHAPTER 772, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Trophy Club has been presented the Fiscal Year
1999 Financial Plan of the Denco Area 9-1-1 District for approval, in accordance with Section
772.309 Texas Health and Safety Code, as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB,
TEXAS HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The finding set forth above are incorporated into the body of this
Ordinance as if fully set forth herein.
Section 2. The Town of Trophy Club hereby approves the Denco Area 9-1-1 District
Fiscal Year 1999 financial plan as attached.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of September 1998.
