RES 1999-01A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS ACCEPTING A BID FROM AND
AWARDING A BID TO CHICKASAW CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR CERTAIN STREET REPAIRS AND
SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE
HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
AND FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY SIX CENTS
($528,657.56); AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR PRO TEM TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE
SAID STREET AND SIDEWALK REPAIR WITH
CHICKASAW CONSTRUCTION COMPANY; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") does
hereby accept the bid in the amount of Five Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Six Hundred and
Fifty Seven Dollars and Fifty Six Cents ($528,657.56) from, and award the said bid to, Chickasaw
Construction Company for certain street repairs and sidewalk construction in and around Skyline
Drive from Indian Creek to Overbill Drive and Timber Ridge Drive from Skyline Drive to Overhill
Drive.
Section 2. The Mayor Pro Tem of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Chickasaw Construction Company for the performance of the said street repair.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas this
the 19th day of January , 1999.
