RESOLUTION NO.1999-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING THE
PUBLIC RELATION COMMITTEE REQUEST TO START
AND OPERATE A TOWN BEAUTIFICATION PROGRAM;
TO ACCEPT DONATIONS AND AND OPERATE THE
PROGRAM ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club ("Town") desires to beautify the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Public Relations Committee has requested the approval of a
beautification program; and
WHEREAS, the Town desires the Public Relations Committee to accept donations and
operate on behalf of the Town to perform Town beautification projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
1. The above premises are found to be true and correct and are incorporated into the
body of this Resolution as if copied in their entirety.
2. The beautification program is hereby approved subject to further regulation by the
Town.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
this 2nd day of March, 1999.
