RESOLUTION NO. 1999-08
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING BARBARA S. ALLEN AS
THE MUNICIPAL COURT CLERK OF THE TOWN; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") enacted Ordinance 1999-06
which provides for the appointment of the Municipal Court Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council hereby appoints Barbara S. Allen as the Municipal Court
Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas does hereby appoint
Barbara S. Allen as the Municipal Court Clerk for a two-year term, said term corresponding with the
elected term of the Mayor of Trophy Club, beginning in May, 1999 and concluding in May, 2001;
and
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage in accordance
with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas this
4th day of May, 1999.
