RESOLUTION NO. 1.999-I1
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING DON R. WHITE, JR. AS
LEAD PROSECUTING ATTORNEY OF THE TOWN;
APPOINTING TIFFANY L. HAERTLING, PAIGE D. SCHERR,
STEVEN S. POSTON, AND LANCE VANZANT AS ASSISTANT
PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS OF THE TOWN; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Town") enacted Ordinance 1999-06
creating and establishing a Municipal Court; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council hereby appoints Don R. White, Jr. as Lead Prosecuting
Attorney of the Town; and appoints Tiffany L. Haertling, Paige D. Scherr, Steven S. Poston, and
Lance Vanzant as Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys of the Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas does hereby appoint Don
R. White, Jr. as Lead Prosecuting Attorney of the Town; and Tiffany L. Haertling, Paige D. Scherr,
Steven S. Poston, and Lance Vanzant as Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys of the Town; and
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage in accordance
with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas this
