RES 1999-15RESOLUTION NO. 1999- 15
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PARK
LAND FROM BECK PROPERTIES, INC. FOR PARKING IN HARMONY
PARK; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas is empowered under the
Texas Local Government Code §54.001 to do all acts and make all regulations which may be
necessary or expedient for the promotion of the public health, safety and general welfare, and
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to provide for additional parking for Harmony Park;
and
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to accept this dedication of park land and give Beck
Properties, Inc. credit for any future park land dedication needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas does hereby formally
accept from Beck Properties, Inc. the dedication of park land to be used for parking for Harmony
Park. Said property is fully described in two Special Warranty Deeds which are attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", and fully incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas this
6th day of July, 1999.
