RESOLUTION NO. 1999- 19
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF
DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FROM THE DEVELOPER OF THE ESTATES
OF HOGAN'S GLEN, THE ESTATES OF HOGAN'S GLEN PHASE II
AND THE ENCLAVE AS MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF
ORDINANCE 94-01; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 94-01 of the Town of Trophy Club requires the dedication of park
land or a payment in lieu of such dedication; and
WHEREAS, The Estates of Hogan's Glen was platted on September 1, 1998; and
WHEREAS, Beck Properties, Inc., as the developer of The Estates of Hogan's Glen has
dedicated 56,235 square feet of land, for the purpose of drainage easements and along said easements
has constructed walking trails that interconnect through the Town for all residents of the Town to
enjoy; and
WHEREAS, The Estates of Hogan's Glen Phase II was platted on January 19, 1999; and
WHEREAS, Beck Properties, Inc., as the developer of The Estates of Hogan's Glen Phase
II has dedicated 4861 square feet of land, for the purpose of drainage easements and along said
easements has constructed walking trails that interconnect through the Town for all residents of the
Town to enjoy; and
WHEREAS, The Enclave was platted on January 1, 1999; and
WHEREAS, Beck Properties, Inc., as the developer of The Enclave has dedicated 0 square
feet of land.
WHEREAS, the proposed dedications meet the minimum area requirement of 45,738 square
feet and the character requirements of Ordinance 94-01;
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to accept the area of land dedicated as drainage
easements for the required land to be dedicated by Ordinance 94-01;
THEREFORE,BE RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY
Section 1. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas does hereby formally

accept from Beck Properties, Inc., as the developer of The Estates of Hogan's Glen, the dedication
of 56,235 square feet of land as a drainage easement for the required land to be dedicated by
Ordinance 94-01.
Section 2. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas does hereby formally
accept from Beck Properties, Inc., as the developer of The Estates of Hogan's Glen Phase II, the
dedication of 4861 square feet of land as a drainage easement for the required land to be dedicated
by Ordinance 94-01.
Section 3. The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas does hereby formally
accept from Beck Properties, Inc., as the developer of The Enclave, the dedication of 0 square feet
of land as a drainage easement for the required land to be dedicated by Ordinance 94-01.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage in
accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas this
