RES 1999-20RESOLUTION NO. 1999- 20
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB AND THE JASPER HAYES
COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE SERVICE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town Council authorized the execution of a contract between the Town
of Trophy Club, Texas and the Jasper Hayes Company on August 17, 1994 for a five (5) year term
for the purpose of providing landscape maintenance service; and
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an additional five (5) year renewal at the sole option
of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to exercise the renewal option
of the contract between the Town of Trophy Club, Texas and the Jasper Hayes Company for the
purpose of providing landscape maintenance service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The Town Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to exercise the renewal option
of the contract between the Town of Trophy Club, Texas and the Jasper Hayes Company for the
purpose of providing landscape maintenance service.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage in
accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas this
17th day of August 1999.
