RESOLUTION NO. 1999-21
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2000 FINANCIAL
PLAN OF THE DENCO AREA 9-1-1 DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO THE
TEXAS HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE, CHAPTER 772, AS AMENDED;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas has been
presented the Fiscal Year 2000 Financial Plan of the Denco Area 9-1-1 District for
approval, in accordance with Section 772.309 Texas Health and Safety Code, as
amended;
NOW, THEREFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION I. That the Town of Trophy Club hereby approves the financial plan.
SECTION 11. That this resolution shall become effective immediately from and
after its passage.
