RESOLUTION NO. 1999-23
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING THE BUDGET
FOR THE TROPHY CLUB ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1999 AND ENDING SEPETMBER 30, 2000;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article IV, Section 2 of the Bylaws of the Trophy Club
Economic Development Corporation, the Board of Directors of the Corporation have adopted a
proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1999 and ending September 30, 2000, and
has presented the same to the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas for its review and
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. The budget attached hereto and incorporated by this reference is approved
and adopted for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1999 and ending September 30, 2000.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of adoption.
