RESOLUTION NO. 1999- 32
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS DESIGNATING
THE TOWN SECRETARY AS ARCHIVIST FOR THE TROPHY CLUB CLOCK
TOWER TIME CAPSULE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Town Council is empowered under Section 51.001 of the Texas Local
Government Code to adopt an ordinance or rule that is for the good government of the Town;

WHEREAS, the Town will participate in the opening of the clock tower in the year
WHEREAS, the Town will select artifacts to be contained in the time capsule; and
WHEREAS, the Public Relations Committee has recommended that the Town Secretary
be designated as the archivist for the Trophy Club clock tower time capsule•,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town Secretary of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas is hereby
designated as archivist for the Trophy Club clock tower time capsule; and
ief-tion 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its date of passage in
accordance Nvith law.
