RESOLUTION NO. 1999-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FIRST MEETING OF THE TOWN
COUNCIL IN JANUARY AS THE ANNUAL FOUNDER'S DAY
MEETING, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to honor citizens who have contributed to
the establishment and growth of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the first meeting of the Town Council in January of each year
shall hereafter be established as the annual Founder's Day Meeting.
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date
of passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club,
Texas, this 21 st day of December, 1999.
