RESOLUTION NO. 2000-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, REMOVING A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, is empowered under §51.001 of the
Texas Local Government Code to take necessary action as provided for by law for the good
government of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town's Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 2000-06 provides for
the removal of a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for any cause deemed by the
Town to be sufficient for removal of said member.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Don Cotton be removed from the Planning and Zoning Commission
by the authority set out herein.
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
