RESOLUTION NO. 2000-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING ONE (1) SEAT ON THE UTILITY FRANCHISE
COMMITTEE FOR A ONE-YEAR TERM; APPOINTING ONE (1) SEAT ON THE
UTILITY FRANCHISE COMMITTEE FOR A TWO-YEAR TERM; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Town benefits by having its citizens involved in local government
through service on Town Committees; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following individual
is to be designated and is hereby duly appointed for a term of one year, expiring June 30, 2001,
in the capacity as set out herein:
Utility Franchise Committee 1) Margi Cantrell
Section 2. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following individual
is to be designated and is hereby duly appointed for a term of two years, expiring June 30, 2002,
in the capacity as set out herein:
Utility Franchise Committee 2) Jerry Selzer
Section 3. That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
this 15th day of August, 2000.
