RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 27
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2001 FINANCIAL PLAN
OF THE DENCO AREA 9-1-1 DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS
HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE, CHAPTER 722, AS AMENDED; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, has been
presented the Fiscal Year 2001 Financial Plan of the Denco Area 9-1-1 District for approval,
in accordance with Section 772.309 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, hereby approves the Fiscal Year
2001 Financial Plan of the Denco Area 9-1-1 District.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club,
Texas, this 5th day of September, 2000.
