RESOLUTION NO. 2000-28A
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING CITIZENS TO TWO (2) SEATS ON THE ZONING
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT FOR A TWO-YEAR TERM; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town benefits by having its citizens involved in local government
through service on Town Committees; and
WHEREAS, the Town is authorized by Section 211.008 of the Texas Local Government
Code to provide for the appointment of a Board of Adjustment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following
individuals are to be designated and are hereby duly appointed for a term of two years, expiring
on June 30, 2002, in the capacity as set out herein:
Zoning Board of Adjustment
1) Sherry Gearner 2) Margaret Rodgers
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
this 19°i day of September, 2000.
