RESOLUTION NO. 2000-29
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS RECOMMENDING THE FUTURE AMENDMENT OF THE
TOWN'S COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires that the preservation and protection of open
spaces, wetlands and natural areas be a priority in the future development of the Town.
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires that a trail system be installed in the Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town Council recommends that the Town's Comprehensive Land
Use Plan be amended to reflect the Town's commitment to the
preservation and protection of open spaces, wetlands and natural areas and
the installation of a trail system.
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas this 25"'
day of September, 2000.
