RESOLUTION NO. 2000-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS RECOMMENDING THAT THE TOWN RESUBMIT A GRANT
PROPOSAL TO THE TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT FOR
THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TROPHY CLUB COMMUNITY PARK; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town has previously submitted two grant proposals to the Texas
Department of Parks and Wildlife for the development of the Trophy Club Community
Park;
WHEREAS, the Town has held two public input sessions regarding the proposed
development of Trophy Club Community Park; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Committee has recommended that the Town
resubmit the grant proposal for said development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town Manager is hereby directed to resubmit the grant proposal
to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for the development of
Trophy Club Community Park.
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas this 25"'
day of September, 2000.
