RESOLUTION NO. 2000-31A
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS APPROVING THE
TAX ROLL OF THE DENTON CENTRAL APPRAISAL
DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Denton Central Appraisal District has presented a certified tax roll to
the Town of Trophy Club, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to approve and accept said certified roll.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the tax roll of the Denton Central Appraisal District for the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas for the year 2000, a true and correct copy of which is attached as Exhibit A,
is hereby approved and accepted. The said tax roll shall constitute the Town's tax roll for the
2000 tax year.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas
on this the 3rd day of October, 2000.

2000 TAX ROLL FOR THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
Based on the 2000 certified roll dated 7/25/00 from the Denton Central Appraisal District, the net
taxable appraised value, which was ARB approved, was listed as $443,027,870. The current
2000 tax rate ($.46051/$100 assessed value) approved by the Town Council, which has been
imposed on each property included on the certified appraisal roll for the Town for 2000, totals
$2,040,188 actual levy. The actual levy includes $1,990,895 for real property and $49,293 for
personal property.
The appraisal roll of $2,040,188, upon approval by the Town Council, shall constitute the 2000
tax roll for the Town of Trophy Club.
