RESOLUTION NO. 2000-42
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING A CITIZEN TO ONE (1) SEAT ON THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR THE REMAINDER OF A ONE-
YEAR TERM; APPOINTING A CITIZEN TO ONE (1) SEAT ON THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR THE REMAINDER OF A TWO-YEAR
TERM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town benefits by having its citizens involved in local government
through service on Town Committees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following individual
is to be designated and is hereby duly appointed for the remainder of a one-year term, expiring-
June
xpiringJune 30, 2001, in the capacity as set out herein:
Planning and Zoning Commission 1) Margaret Best Rodgers
Section 2. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following individual
is to be designated and is hereby duly appointed for the remainder of a two-year term, expiring
June 30, 2002, in the capacity as set out herein:
Planning and Zoning Commission 2) Dennis Sheridan
Section 3. That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
this 19t1i day of December, 2000.
