RESOLUTION NO. 2001-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING CITIZENS TO ONE (1) SEAT ON THE PARKS
AND RECREATION COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town benefits by having its citizens involved in local government
through service on Town Committees.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following
individuals are to be designated and are hereby duly appointed in the capacity as set out herein:
Parks and Recreation Committee
John Douthitt, Odd year appointment, term expires 6/2001
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
this 5th day of February, 2001.
