RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 04
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY
CLUB, TEXAS, APPOINTING CITIZENS TO TWO (2) SEATS ON THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION 4B FOR A ONE (1) YEAR
TERM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Town benefits by having its citizens involved in local government
through service on Town Committees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, agrees that the following
individuals are to be designated and are hereby duly appointed for the remainder of a one (1)
year term, expiring May 31, 2001, in the capacity as set out herein:
Economic Development Corporation 4B
1) Jonathan Witherspoon 2) Carol Cotton
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
this 19"' day of February 2001.
